Why private autonomous fleets matter

Autonomous vehicles only earn when they are available and moving. Independent fleet ownership turns that into a systems problem: maintaining fleet readiness, vehicle uptime, and distributed operations at scale, not managing one vehicle at a time.

PCP is being built to help independent operators keep control of that work, reduce avoidable downtime, and keep more of what their vehicles earn.

Built to evolve with autonomous technology

PCP is being designed to adapt as autonomous technology evolves, including new vehicle types, larger passenger vehicles, delivery and logistics fleets, robotic service models, and platforms from multiple manufacturers. The platform is intended to evolve with the market rather than depend on a single vehicle, manufacturer, or operating model.

Who we speak with

Conversations are for organizations that can accelerate PCP’s reach, operating capability, distribution, infrastructure, or access to growth capital. That may include mobility and fleet-management companies, automotive-service networks, autonomous-vehicle infrastructure companies, insurance organizations, payments or financial-services companies, transportation operators, and long-term strategic growth partners.

PCP is looking for partners with a proven record of scaling companies, platforms, networks, or operations. Capital alone is not enough.
